Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Lincoln Financial Group

A hospital stay can result in significant out-of-pocket costs, even with medical insurance. Hospital indemnity insurance provides cash benefits when you are admitted to the hospital due to a covered illness or injury, helping offset expenses such as deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and other everyday costs during recovery. You can choose between a Low Plan and a High Plan, with higher benefit amounts available under the High Plan.

What's included

  • Low Example: You are admitted to the hospital and receive cash benefits of $1,000 for admission plus $100 for each additional day of your hospital stay.
  • High Example: You are admitted to the hospital and receive cash benefits of $2,000 for admission plus $200 for each additional day of your hospital stay.
